Stealth Minerals Settles Litigation with Former Officer

In its Management's Discussion and Analysis for the period ended May 31st 2010, the Company reported the commencement of a legal claim against a former officer. The Company has entered into a settlement of the claim, pursuant to which the Company has recovered a total of 4,201,500 shares of Cascadero Copper Corporation and made a cash payment of $25,000 to the former officer. The settlement documentation also contains standard release and confidentiality provisions.
