Private-Public Partnership (PPP) with the British Columbia Geological Survey

| | Stealth Minerals Limited (SML-TSXV) (the "Company") is pleased to provide an update on its Toodoggone Project in north central British Columbia that adjoins Northgate Explorations (NGX-TSX) Kemess 50,000 tpd copper-gold open pit mine property to the north.
The Company intends to enter into a Private-Public Partnership (PPP) with the British Columbia Geological Survey to fund a regional geological mapping program managed by Dr. Larry Diakow. Finlay Minerals (FYL-TSXV), among other companies in the area, is also participating in funding this mapping program.
The area of interest is north of the Finlay River (094E/07) and will include a significant portion of the Company's Toodoggone Project. Much of this area remains unmapped or minimally explored but is believed, based on regional stream sediment anomalies, to be prospective for epithermal and porphyry copper, gold and silver deposits.
Stealth Mineral's Toodoggone Project is a contiguous 480 square kilometer claim block of highly prospective geology with 51 known mineral showings and prospects identified to date. Management expects the geological mapping by Dr. Larry Diakow to complement his work performed in the Toodoggone since the 1980's, and provide a framework to guide exploration in new areas.
