STEALTH MINERALS LIMITED

Stealth has worked in the Toodoggone region in north central British Columbia since 1997. The Company is focused on bulk tonnage open pit copper, silver and gold prospects. Stealth also owns 20.4 million shares (19.6%) of Cascadero Copper. Cascadero has its own Toodoggone property optioned to Gold Fields, which adjoins Stealth Mineral's Nub Mountain property on its south boundary.

Cascadero also holds a 50% interest in a 46 property portfolio in north western Argentina. All of the properties that are in the combined portfolio are are bulk tonnage mineral prospects with excellent resource potential. The Company intends to file a Notice of Work with the BC Department of mines for the 2011 as work program is being planned. There's no doubt that Stealth is positioned for large-scale deposit discovery.

Toodoggone Property Synopsis

The Company has been working in the area since 1997, principally focused on bulk tonnage prospects. The Company has completed the following work and holds a valuable database of this mineral district:
• 25,000 rock, soil and drill core samples all fire assayed
• airborne multi-parameter geophysics over a 1,800 square kilometre area
• a database of 2,000 PIMA samples of alteration assemblages
• IP/RES/Mag ground geophysics on certain properties
• geological mapping over a large previously unmapped area
• developed a genetic model that links the epithermal systems
to underlying intrusive activity on a district scale

The Company currently has a 100% interest in the Fog-Mess property, a 100% interest in the Mac-Regal property and a 100% interest in the Nub Mountain property.

The Sickle-Sofia property is optioned to BCGold and it has spent about $1.1 million and have earned a 51%. In 2007 BCGold drilled what we believe is the discovery hole on Sickle-Sofia, which demonstrates that Sickle-Sofia is copper-gold bearing porphyry system. A major drill program and the IP/Res/Mag ground based geophysical survey has to be extended to the west, north and east as the there is a high probability that the discovery hole is at the margin of what could be a very large mineral system.

Another property with exceptional potential is the 100% owned in Nub Mountain prospect. This a large 8,300 hectare claim block that adjoins Sickle-Sofia to the south. Stealth has identified four areas on Nub with excellent alteration, geochemistry and structural control. The property requires a ground based IP/Res/Mag geophysical survey to further define areas of high-conductivity to focus further exploration. The property has not been subject to any core drilling.

The Mac-Regal property also has excellent potential for mineral discovery. Reconnaissance style prospecting has two areas of interest. First, Stealth identified a structure with high-grade values of gold and silver; and second, Stealth identified a large area with elevated silver values. Both of these zones require follow up work. Neither prospect has been subject to exploratory drilling.

The Nub and the Mac-Regal properties are being carried by the Company as core assets as we believe the Toodoggone region will be subject to more work in the coming years and it would be very difficult to acquire properties in BC with equivalent potential.
